### Exciting Opportunity for Experienced ICU Registered Nurses!

WorkPac Health & Social Care is seeking skilled and passionate **Registered Nurses (RNs)** with experience in Adult ICU, Paediatric ICU or Neonatal ICU to join the Paediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) at Queensland Childrens Hospital in Brisbane.

This is a fantastic opportunity for experienced critical care nurses looking to expand their clinical skills, work in a highly specialised paediatric environment and make a meaningful difference in the lives of critically ill children and their families.

### About the Role

As a PICU Registered Nurse, you will work alongside a highly skilled multidisciplinary team, providing specialised nursing care to critically ill infants, children and adolescents.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Deliver high-quality, evidence-based critical care nursing.

- Monitor and manage critically ill patients requiring intensive care.

- Assist with advanced life support and emergency interventions.

- Collaborate with medical specialists and multidisciplinary healthcare teams.

- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and patient records.

- Provide compassionate, family-centred care.

### Essential Requirements

- Current **AHPRA registration** as a Registered Nurse.

- Previous experience in at least one of the following:

  - Adult Intensive Care Unit (ICU)

  - Paediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU)

  - Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU)

- Strong critical care assessment and clinical decision-making skills.

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment.

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

- Ability to meet Queensland Health's relevant pre-employment and compliance requirements.
