A leading Sydney based developer builder is currently seeking a Project Manager (residential) to oversee a $400millon BTR project in the Sydney Metro area.
In this pivotal role, you'll oversee a $400 million residential development from inception to completion, coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver results that exceed expectations. Required Skills
- Proven experience managing large, complex projects within a fast-paced environment
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to develop detailed project plans, budgets, and timelines

- Demonstrated ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and drive consensus
- Residential experience
Preferred Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction, Management, Engineering, or relevant field.
- Minimum of 7 years of project management experience, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget
