The impact you’ll make:
- Be the trusted on-site People & Culture contact, helping leaders and team members work through day-to-day people questions and issues.
- Keep recruitment, onboarding and staff movements running smoothly so crews stay staffed and the operation can perform at its best.
- Support leaders to handle performance, attendance and behaviour conversations in a fair, consistent and process-aligned way.
- Coordinate and document investigations and disciplinaries so decisions are well recorded and we can stand behind how issues are managed.
- Help deliver People & Culture activities and communications across the site so team members feel informed, supported and connected.
- Maintain accurate people data and records in our systems, making it easier to report, spot trends and support site leadership.
