The successful applicant will be required to:

• demonstrate a strong commitment to the Catholic faith and Catholic identity of the school
• display a strong knowledge of the Victorian Curriculum
• use effective explicit teaching strategies to ensure that all student needs are catered for
• follow the assessment schedule and analyse data to inform teaching on a regular basis
• demonstrate a commitment to the safety and wellbeing of children
• demonstrate a commitment to reflective and collaborative practice
• demonstrate a strong ability to develop and maintain professional relationships with colleagues
• display an openness to feedback from students, parents and colleagues
• display excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• display a commitment to professional learning and ongoing improvement
• attend all school events and assist wherever required.
