- Deliver accurate surveying services focusing on property boundaries and land titles.

We are seeking an experienced Registered Surveyor with accreditation from the Board of Surveying & Spatial Information (BOSSI) to join our team.
In this role, you will be responsible for delivering accurate surveying services with a strong focus on property boundaries, land titles, and cadastral surveys. You’ll play a key role in ensuring compliance with regulatory standards while supporting a range of development and infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct cadastral surveys, including boundary definition and subdivision work
- Prepare and certify survey plans in line with BOSSI requirements
- Interpret land titles and legal documentation
- Liaise with clients, councils, and regulatory authorities
- Ensure accuracy, compliance, and quality in all deliverables
Requirements:
- Current registration with BOSSI
- Proven experience in cadastral surveying and land titling
- Strong knowledge of NSW surveying regulations and standards
- Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
