As Store Manager, you will take ownership of a large-format retail environment with multiple departments, high customer traffic and a busy shop floor that requires strong leadership presence, operational structure and clear direction.

What You'll Be Responsible For:

• Leading from the front on the shop floor
• Managing a large retail team across weekdays and weekends
• Driving customer service standards and team accountability
• Coaching, mentoring and performance management
• Rostering and supporting daily operations
• Maintaining high visual merchandising and presentation standards
• Managing stock flow and floor coverage
• Creating structure, consistency and strong store culture
• Being the key leader staff turn to for support and direction

What We're Looking For:

You may currently be a:

• Store Manager
• Department Manager
• Large-format retail leader
• Big box retail operator
