About the Role

As a Pharmacy Assistant, you will play a key role in creating a positive and seamless experience for every customer who visits our store. You’ll be part of a collaborative team, working closely with the Retail Manager to ensure the store operates efficiently while delivering outstanding service. This is a hands-on, customer-focused role where no two days are the same.

You will:

  • Provide friendly, knowledgeable assistance to customers, helping them find the right products for their needs
  • Build positive relationships with customers and contribute to a welcoming store atmosphere
  • Maintain visually appealing shelves and displays through effective merchandising and stock replenishment
  • Ensure accurate pricing and clear product ticketing
  • Process transactions efficiently and accurately at the register
  • Assist with stock management, including receiving and organising deliveries

About You

You are enthusiastic, dependable, and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. You enjoy working in a team environment and take pride in contributing to a positive workplace culture.

Ideally, you will have:

  • Previous pharmacy or retail experience (preferred but not essential)
  • Experience handling cash and operating registers
  • A strong customer-first mindset
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A reliable and proactive work ethic
  • A willingness to learn and grow within the business
  • The ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
