About the Company
Our client is a well-established Perth real estate agency with a long history of selling and managing property for local families and investors. Respected for their presentation and their standing in the market, they’re now looking for a Marketing Coordinator who can take charge of how every listing and the agency brand are shown to the public. This is a hands-on role for someone who likes modern tools and cares about the finished product.

Duties
- Put together the full marketing kit for each property, including brochures, signage, online ads and social content.
- Arrange photographers, videographers, stylists etc.
- Plan, schedule and publish content across social platforms.
- Create mailers, market updates and suburb reports for the client database.
- Keep the website, agent profiles and live listings current and accurate.
- Write up marketing processes so they can be repeated and handed over easily.
About You
- At least 2 years marketing experience in real estate or property
- Experience with InDesign, Photoshop and Canva
