About the Opportunities:
We’re recruiting for two Site Manager positions across apartment developments in Perth. Both offer the opportunity to take ownership on site, work alongside experienced construction teams and contribute to high-quality project delivery.

Site Manager | $70M+ Apartments | Western Suburbs
Join a highly regarding construction business to deliver a landmark, high-specification apartment development. Currently topping out on level 7 before moving onto finishing stage, second stage will start early next year and will be a ground up new build. You will be working collaboratively with a highly experienced project team.

For this role, you’ll need proven experience Site Manager delivering commercial projects valued at $40M+ for a main contractor, alongside local experience and strong subcontractor relationships.

Site Manager | 7 storey apartment build centrally based
Join a respected WA builder with more than 30 years’ experience delivering commercial and residential projects across metropolitan and regional locations.
You’ll oversee an apartment project from site establishment through to completion, working closely with the Construction Manager and supported by a Contract Administrator.

Key Requirements for both roles:

• Relevant building or construction qualifications, such as a carpentry trade, Construction Management or Engineering qualification.
• Demonstrated site management experience on mid tier apartment or relevant commercial projects $20m - $30m ++
• Strong leadership and coordination of subcontractors and trades.
• Confidence managing site documentation, quality assurance, safety and construction compliance.
• Excellent communication, attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• The ability to manage competing priorities and keep delivery on track.
