About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and client-focused Beauty Therapist to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis. In this role you will provide professional beauty and eyebrow treatments, consult with clients to understand their needs, recommend appropriate services and products, and deliver results to a consistently high standard. You will be responsible for maintaining excellent client care, ensuring treatment areas and equipment meet strict hygiene requirements, and supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of the salon.
Key Responsibilities

• Consult with clients to understand their eyebrow, eyelash, skincare and beauty requirements and recommend suitable treatments based on their preferences and desired results.
• Perform eyebrow shaping, threading, waxing and tinting, including henna and hybrid brow treatments, tailoring services to each client’s facial features and preferences.
• Perform brow lamination and related brow shaping and tinting services in accordance with salon procedures and client requirements.
• Provide eyelash services including eyelash extensions, lash lifting/perming, lash tinting, refills and safe removal of extensions as required.
• Provide facial, skincare and Indian head massage treatments offered by the salon using appropriate products, techniques and equipment.
• Assess clients’ skin, brows and lashes before treatments and provide suitable treatment recommendations, skincare advice and appropriate aftercare instructions.
• Perform facial and body waxing services offered by the salon, including eyebrow and facial waxing, while maintaining appropriate client care and treatment standards.
• Maintain accurate client treatment records and appointment information, assist with bookings and ensure treatments are scheduled efficiently.
• Prepare treatment areas and equipment and maintain high standards of hygiene, sanitisation, salon presentation, customer service and workplace health and safety.

Requirements

• Diploma in Beauty Therapy or a relevant beauty qualification.
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience as a Beauty Therapist.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Sound knowledge of beauty treatments, skincare products and salon hygiene procedures.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
