Care Partner

 Hall & Prior Health & Aged Care Group is a family-owned aged care provider operating 42 residential aged care homes, with in-home and community care programs in WA, ACT, QLD and NSW. We are currently seeking a compassionate Care Partner to join our Clarence Estate Home Care team on a part-time basis.

About the role

Reporting to our Home Care Manager, you will work alongside an established team to ensure that all home-care clients receive services of the highest quality, all the while providing them and their families with respectful and efficient customer service.

Your well-honed clinical, communication and problem-solving skills are demonstrated while coordinating home care packages and working as part of an inter-disciplinary team, as well as when providing relationship-centred care that ensures the dignity and respect of care recipients.

What you’ll bring

• Qualification as Registered Nurse with AHPRA registration
• Excellent organisation and time management skills
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Strong knowledge of the aged care sector
• NDIS Worker Screening Check
• Evidence of Influenza vaccination
• Full working rights in Australia
