With projects delivered through its internal construction capability, the business maintains involvement across design, commercial decisions, procurement and delivery.

The Role
- Prepare estimates, cost plans and preliminary budgets for new developments
- Review drawings, complete take-offs and identify scope gaps
- Engage subcontractors and suppliers to obtain and test market pricing
- Prepare trade scopes and complete subcontractor pricing comparisons
- Identify value-management and buildability opportunities
- Support procurement and contract administration as projects progress
The Criteria
- A degree in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Engineering or a related discipline
- Three to five years of estimating experience
- Strong understanding of construction drawings, trade scopes and pricing documentation
- Confidence completing take-offs, scope reviews and commercial comparisons
- Experience in residential, apartment, commercial or mixed-use construction
