Reporting to the HR Manager you will be responsible for the efficient and accurate system administration of the payroll function.
Responsibilities
- Participate in scoping implementation meetings with key business executives and stakeholders.
- Manage and mentor the payroll team and responsible for the smooth running for their fortnightly payroll using Dayforce payroll systems.
- Guide staff through the implementation process and offer training
- Support the wider team with technical and customer queries
- Implement payroll product - plan, review and set up the payroll system.
- Report troubleshooting, System Integration & Configuration
- Coordinating process improvements and system enhancements between the end users
- Point of contact for payroll queries from the business and external payroll provider
Requirements
- Must have recent experience using Dayforce
- System Administration Experience
- Excellent communication skills, strong knowledge of payroll legislative requirements
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills
