The Supply & Logistics Coordinator acts as the central link between suppliers, procurement, warehouse, sales and customer service teams, ensuring efficient, accurate and timely delivery across the supply chain.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys balancing operational execution with continuous improvement.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Prepare and manage purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and alignment with demand
  • Monitor and track inbound shipments, proactively managing timelines to ensure on-time delivery
  • Expedite orders where required to mitigate delays or supply risks
  • Coordinate import and export documentation for international shipments
  • Support shipment optimisation to improve cost and efficiency
  • Manage shipment reconciliation, adjustments, and issue resolution
  • Coordinate stock receipting into warehouse systems
  • Oversee stock transfers between locations to maintain optimal inventory levels
  • Partner with Sales to support demand forecasting and planning
  • Maintain and optimise inventory levels within ERP systems
  • Conduct inventory valuations and manage obsolete stock reporting
  • Identify and drive continuous improvement opportunities across supply chain processes
  • Collaborate closely with warehouse and customer service teams to ensure smooth operations
  • Analyse stock levels and proactively flag risks or opportunities to senior stakeholders

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a supply chain, logistics or coordination role
  • Experience managing high-volume or seasonal product environments advantageous
  • ERP system experience required (SAP or similar preferred)
  • Advanced Excel skills with the ability to analyse and interpret data
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Relevant qualifications in Logistics or Supply Chain (advantageous but not essential)
  • Collaborative mindset with a willingness to support and develop team capability
