Clinical Facilitator (Registered Nurse/Educator)

First Choice Care is looking for experienced Registered Nurses to join our team as Clinical Facilitators, supporting nursing students through their clinical placements.
Demand for facilitators is high right now, and we're recruiting across Brisbane, Gold Coast and the Sunshine Coast to keep up with it.
This is a good fit if you've got solid clinical experience under your belt and want to put it toward teaching, mentoring and assessing the next generation of nurses.
About you
- Minimum 5 years' clinical experience as a Registered Nurse
- Unrestricted AHPRA registration
- Bachelor of Nursing degree
- Strong communication skills, and confidence guiding and assessing students
- Strong written skills for completing student assessments and evaluations
- Previous experience in Clinical Facilitation, teaching or training (desirable)
