AAMG is seeking an experienced Mobile Maintenance Planner to join our client's on-site maintenance team. This is an exciting opportunity for a planner with a strong Heavy Mobile Equipment (HME) background to contribute to fleet reliability and maintenance excellence.
You'll be responsible for developing structured maintenance plans that ensure upcoming work is accurately scoped, resourced and ready for execution across a diverse mobile fleet.

This role is ideal for candidates who have previously worked as a HME/Mobile within a mining environment.

About the Role:

  • ASAP start
  • Initial 3-month contract with the potential for extension
  • 5/2 – 4/3 roster (9-day fortnight); 12hr days
  • Planning for approximately 80 mobile assets
  • Fleet includes Liebherr excavators, CAT haul trucks and ancillary equipment
  • JDE maintenance management system

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain long-term maintenance plans for Heavy Mobile Equipment.
  • Plan preventative and scheduled maintenance activities across the mobile fleet.
  • Review upcoming maintenance requirements and prepare work for execution.
  • Coordinate labour, parts, materials and contractor requirements.
  • Maintain accurate planning information within the JDE CMMS.
  • Work closely with maintenance supervisors, trades and operational stakeholders to maximise fleet availability.
  • Drive continuous improvement in maintenance planning and work management processes.

About You To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Previous experience as a Maintenance Planner within a mining environment.
  • Strong maintenance planning experience across Heavy Mobile Equipment.
  • Experience planning maintenance for CAT, Liebherr and ancillary mining equipment.
  • JDE experience (highly regarded).
  • Excellent organisational, planning and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • The ability to prioritise workloads and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
