We are seeking a highly organized, customer-focused Sales Associate to become the face of our sales office and displays in North Turramurra, Gables and Elara, NSW. You will provide exceptional support across sales, marketing, and construction.
 
Role Overview
 
As the primary point of contact for our sales office, you will deliver world-class service to clients and stakeholders. This highly dynamic role requires a blend of frontline customer service, masterplan presentations, display setup, and cross-departmental administrative support.
  
Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Excellence: Meet and greet guests, provide masterplan presentations, and field enquiries with a professional, customer-first approach.
  • Office & Display Management: Manage daily opening (10 AM) and closing, maintain office presentation, and manage stock/collateral.
  • Stakeholder Coordination: Coordinate VIP visits, assist with event catering (which may occasionally include evenings/weekends), and manage the key register for contractors.
  • Administration & Reporting: Provide support to the Home Building and Residential Communities teams. This includes maintaining CRM records, processing invoices, and drafting daily market/competitor analysis reports.

What We Are Looking For

  • Mandatory: Real Estate experience, a current and valid NSW Assistant Agent Licence or NSW Real Estate Licence.
  • Customer-Centric: A demonstrated passion for providing premium service and maintaining brand integrity.
  • Tech-Savvy: Highly competent in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM systems.
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with strong negotiation and conflict resolution abilities.
  • Professional & Adaptable: Strong initiative, exceptional planning and organization skills, and a professional presentation.
  • Essential: A current driver’s licence.
