We are seeking a trade-qualified Plumber to carry out general plumbing and maintenance work, including roofing, guttering, blocked drains, and other facility maintenance duties.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform general plumbing and maintenance work.
- Repair roofing and guttering.
- Undertake EWP work.
- Clear blocked toilets, drains, and sinks.
- Maintain taps and repair hose reels.
- Assist industrial cleaning teams.
- Assist with groundskeeping duties.
- Perform other duties as directed by the supervisor, within the individual's skills, qualifications, and capabilities.
Requirements
- Must be a trade-qualified plumber.
- Proven experience in a similar role.
- Ability to pass a full medical assessment, including drug and alcohol screening.
- Valid driver's licence and reliable transport.
- Strong commitment to high-quality work and attention to detail.
- Understanding of workplace health and safety (WHS) policies and procedures.
- Knowledge of maintenance processes and procedures.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and follow instructions.
- Excellent communication skills.
