Responsibilities

  1. Design and develop mechanical components, equipment and systems for civil and infrastructure projects.
  2. Coordinate the assembly, installation and commissioning of mechanical equipment and systems.
  3. Support the operation and maintenance of mechanical plant and equipment.
  4. Prepare and review mechanical engineering drawings, specifications and technical documentation.
  5. Review mechanical designs to support the operation and performance of mechanical systems and plant.
  6. Inspect and assess mechanical equipment and systems to ensure effective performance.
  7. Diagnose mechanical issues and develop appropriate engineering solutions.

Requirements

  1. A Bachelor’s degree or higher qualification in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  2. Relevant experience in mechanical engineering, infrastructure, construction or industrial environments will be highly regarded.
  3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  4. Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary project team.
