Maintenance Fitter

At Core Talent, we are currently seeking experienced and reliable Maintenance Fitters (Electrical or Mechanical) for multiple ongoing opportunities across manufacturing and industrial clients in Metro Perth (North and South of the River).

These roles suit qualified tradespeople who are safety focused, mechanically or electrically minded, and confident working in fast-paced production environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Preventative and breakdown maintenance on production and manufacturing equipment
• Fault finding and repair of mechanical or electrical systems
• Installation, servicing, and commissioning of machinery and components
• Reading and interpreting technical drawings, manuals, and schematics
• Ensuring all work is completed safely and to site standards
• Supporting equipment reliability and production uptime
• Working as part of established maintenance teams

About You

• Trade qualified Maintenance Fitter (Electrical or Mechanical)
• Strong fault-finding and troubleshooting skills
• Experience in manufacturing, industrial, or production maintenance
• Safety focused with a strong work ethic
• Able to work independently and within a team environment
• Able to pass pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening if required
