Youll be joining an organisation with experienced Construction Managers, strong systems in place, and a genuine focus on long-term careers.
Your new role
An opportunity is available for an experienced Site Supervisor to join the delivery team on major projects in Western Sydney , with an initial focus on data centre construction.Reporting to the Project Manager and Construction Manager, you will oversee day-to-day site operations from early work through to project completion , ensuring safety, quality, programme and subcontractor performance are delivered to Tier 1 standards. This role suits someone who enjoys being hands-on on site and working on technically challenging builds.
What you'll need to succeed
Proven experience as a Site Supervisor with a Tier 1 contractor , or a highly reputable Tier 2 builder Background delivering projects across commercial, education, healthcare, industrial and/or data centre sectors Strong understanding of program, sequencing and subcontractor coordination Commitment to site safety, quality assurance and buildability Experience delivering projects start to finish Ability to work effectively with Project Managers, Construction Managers and site teams Excellent communication and leadership skillsWhat you'll get in return
