Are you a polished sales professional with a passion for luxury, client experience, and premium products?

A leading luxury jewellery and timepiece retailer in Miranda is seeking a Part-Time Sales Assistant to join their high-performing boutique team.

About the Role
This is a client-focused, consultative sales role suited to someone who thrives in a premium environment. You’ll deliver a tailored, memorable experience for every client while working towards individual and store targets.

You’ll be part of a collaborative boutique team, supporting daily operations while building strong product knowledge across jewellery and watches.

Roster (31 hours per week):
Wednesday 9:00am – 6:00pm
Thursday 3:00pm – 9:00pm
Friday 9:00am – 6:00pm
Saturday 8:30am – 6:00pm
Sunday, Monday, Tuesday OFF

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional, personalised customer service in a luxury retail environment
• Drive individual sales performance and contribute to boutique targets
• Build strong product knowledge across jewellery and timepieces
• Support daily boutique operations including stock, presentation, and administration
• Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and store presentation
• Follow all security, operational, and WHS procedures
• Work collaboratively with the team to create a seamless client experience

Skills & Experience

• Previous experience in jewellery, watches, or luxury retail highly regarded
• Strong sales ability with a track record of achieving targets
• Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
• Professional, polished, and customer-first approach
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes
• Team player with a collaborative mindset
• Basic to intermediate Microsoft Office skills
• Gemmology or relevant study (desirable, not essential)
