We’re currently partnering with Four leading life insurers who are actively looking to strengthen their claims teams with experienced professionals.

What you’ll be doing;
- Managing a income protection and/or TPD portfolio from lodgement through to finalisation
- Determining eligibility, liability and managing the claim process to achieve return to work outcomes
- Develop claims strategies including injury management, return to work, or settlements
They will love your background in;
- Life insurance claims assessment experience ideally across all products with DA (group or retail life insurance)
- Strong understanding of LICOP standards and claims management process
- Demonstrated ability to show empathy and go above and beyond for claimants
We are also open to personal injury claims consultants/case managers (workers comp, CTP, Accident & Health) ideally with an allied health background to transition across to life insurance.
