Store Manager - Fashion & Luxury
Our client is seeking an experienced Retail & Business Manager to lead their Warrnambool retail operation on a permanent basis. This is an incredible opportunity to drive sales performance, manage a team, and shape the customer experience across a beautiful retail environment.
The successful candidate will be highly accountable for their team and business with responsibility for all aspects of store operations, visual merchandising, and people leadership. Most importantly, you will love becoming the face of this locally owned and operated business...!
What we're looking for...:
- Proven store management experience in retail with demonstrated success in fashion, luxury, accessory or jewellery sectors
- Strong people leadership capabilities, including recruitment, training, performance management, and HR administration
- Expertise in visual merchandising and the ability to create compelling in-store presentations
- Proficiency in sales analysis, KPI tracking, and performance reporting to drive business outcomes
- Extensive retail sales background with the ability to model selling behaviours and mentor team members to achieve results
- Ability to create, maintain and foster relations in the community...
