Change & Adoption Manager Cloud Technology

Your new company
This large South Australian organisation is undertaking a significant cloud transformation program to modernise technology delivery, enhance business capability, and embed contemporary ways of working. As cloud technologies become increasingly central to future initiatives, an opportunity exists for an experienced Change and Adoption Manager to play a key leadership role in driving successful organisational change and adoption outcomes.
Your new role
As the Manager, Cloud Change & Adoption, you will lead the design and implementation of cloud-ready ways of working and help drive behavioural, process, and cultural change across a complex ICT environment.Working closely with program leadership, technology teams, and business stakeholders, you will:

• Lead change and adoption activities supporting a major cloud transformation program.
• Facilitate collaboration across teams to identify and implement improved ways of working.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and measure adoption outcomes.
• Develop and coordinate communication, engagement, training, and capability uplift activities.
• Partner with stakeholders to embed modern agile and cloud-aligned governance practices.
• Provide strategic advice and recommendations to senior leaders on change, adoption, and operating model improvements.
• Support the successful delivery of cloud foundations and associated technology initiatives.

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:

• Extensive experience leading technology change and adoption initiatives within complex ICT environments.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship-building capabilities across technical and executive audiences.
• Experience supporting transformation programs involving changes to governance, processes, and ways of working.
• Strong knowledge of agile, cloud, project, program, and change management methodologies.
• Experience designing and delivering communication, training, and adoption activities.
• Highly developed analytical, systems-thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Exposure to cloud transformation, DevOps environments, or government settings will be highly regarded.
