About The Opportunity
Programmed’s Facility Management department are currently seeking a Finance Administrator to join our Service Co project delivery team. This is an excellent opportunity to be a part of a high performing team that is responsible for the timely and accurate processing of contract documentation including invoices, credit notes and maintaining contract data in the Company's business system. This is an excellent opportunity for the right candidate.

Key responsibilities
- Contract and Jobs Management, involving processing data using Navision, Maximo, processing job invoicing and general filing and preparation of project documentation.
- Office administration and Clerical Support
- Reporting and Communication, including reporting and interacting with branches in contract job issues
- Undertake month end financial requirements in line with PFM requirement
- Assist the Operations team with contract administrative requirements and data analysis
About You
To thrive in this role, ideally you will have previous experience within a administration role, a ‘can-do’ attitude, knack for people engagement and a drive for ‘top-notch’ service delivery. Additionally, you will demonstrate and possess the following:
- Have work experience in a similar role, with exposure to high volume data entry and invoicing
- Intermediate - Advanced Microsoft Office skills
- Experience with Navision and Maximo 7.5 is preferred, but not mandatory
- Appropriate qualifications in Accounting/Business – Diploma (highly desired)
- Excellent communication skills
