About your new role:
Leading a team of three and ensuring timely and efficient execution, you will be responsible for, but not limited to:
- Overseeing estimating activities
- Coordinating multiple estimates simultaneously and defining areas of responsibility
- Undertaking accurate quantity take-offs and producing bills of quantities
- Review and approve final estimates
- Work closely with the Purchasing department on custom pricing
- Identifying process improvements for the estimating process
- Team leadership and point of contact for complex take-offs
About you:
- Previous experience as an Estimator within construction or a similar field
- Proven ability to interpret complex drawings
- Various stakeholder management experience, both internal and external
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- System savvy
