About the Role

As a Senior Hairdresser, you will deliver exceptional guest experiences while providing a comprehensive range of professional hair services, including:

1. Professional guest consultations and personalised hair solutions
2. Hair colouring, advanced colouring and colour correction services
3. Foils, balayage and creative colouring techniques
4. Precision cutting and restyling
5. Hair styling, blow-drying and finishing
6. Hair treatments and scalp care
7. Permanent waving (perm) services
8. Hair straightening and smoothing services
9. Recommending professional home hair care products to help guests maintain healthy, beautiful hair between salon visits
10. Building long-term relationships with guests through outstanding service and expert advice
11. Maintaining exceptional standards of cleanliness, presentation and professionalism
12. Contributing to a positive, respectful and supportive team culture

What We're Looking For

The successful applicant will have:

1. Certificate III in Hairdressing (or equivalent)
2. Previous experience as a qualified Senior Hairdresser in a salon environment
3. Confidence across all aspects of hairdressing, including:
   • Guest consultations
   • Hair colouring
   • Advanced colouring
   • Colour correction
   • Foiling
   • Balayage
   • Precision cutting
   • Styling
   • Blow-drying and finishing
   • Permanent waving
   • Hair straightening and smoothing services
   • Product knowledge and home care recommendations
4. Outstanding customer service and communication skills
5. A professional, reliable and well-presented approach
6. A positive attitude and strong teamwork skills
7. Passion for producing high-quality work and continually developing your skills
