- Monday to Friday role
- $37.50 - $43.75ph + Super (Base + Pens)
- 7am 3:30pm
About the Client:
Our client delivers comprehensive solutions across industrial hydraulics, pneumatics, and fluid power systems. They supply a wide range of high-quality products and components, backed by custom engineering solutions tailored to meet the specific requirements of each application.
What You Will Be Doing:
- Provide friendly and professional customer service across the trade counter, showroom, phone and email, assisting customers with product enquiries and identifying the correct hoses, fittings, components and fluid power products for their requirements. Process sales, orders and enquiries accurately, prepare quotes and pricing, and ensure customers receive timely and helpful responses.
- Pick and prepare products for customer orders, monitor stock levels and assist with purchasing and procurement as required. Liaise with suppliers regarding product availability, pricing and deliveries, while maintaining accurate stock, sales and order records. Assist with stocktakes and general inventory control to ensure products are readily available and efficiently managed.
- Maintain a clean, organised and professional showroom, trade counter and stores area, while supporting the wider team with general sales, stores and operational duties as required. Work in accordance with company policies and procedures, including all workplace health and safety (WHS) requirements, to ensure a safe, efficient and customer-focused working environment.
What You Will Need:
- Previous experience in an internal sales, customer service or similar role
- Drivers Licence mandatory
- Forklift Licence preferred
