I am currently recruiting for two Building Manager opportunities with the same established client in Liverpool and Cabarita.
Position 1 – Liverpool (South West Sydney)
2 Residential SPs + 1 BMC
Approx. 300 residential lots
Full-time Junior Building Manager onsite
Collaborative shared office environment
Suited to 3–6 years experience
Position 2 – Cabarita (Inner West Sydney)
2 Residential SPs (under 100 lots each)
1 Community Association + 1 BMC
Estate-style environment (no travel between sites)
Part-time assistant support
Requires 5–8+ years experience
Strong BMC expertise essential
Requirements
At least 3 years Residential Building Management Experience
2+ years BMC Management experience
Strong understanding of Strata legislation
Confident personality with strong stakeholder skills
