ABOUT THE ROLE
- Manage your own portfolio of approximately 70–80 properties.
- Manage a portfolio located within 10km of the office, keeping travel to a minimum.
- Take ownership of the end-to-end management of your portfolio.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with owners, tenants and contractors.
- Deliver an exceptional level of service and go above and beyond for your clients.
- Work alongside an experienced, supportive and driven Head of Department.
- Be part of a professional team that genuinely values collaboration and a positive workplace culture.
- Enjoy excellent systems, processes and support to help you perform at your best.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Previous Property Management experience is essential.
- Current WA Property Registration is essential.
- Proven ability to independently manage a residential property portfolio.
- Professional presentation and high-level communication skills.
- Exceptional relationship-building and people skills.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- A proactive attitude and exceptional work ethic.
- Tech savvy and confident working across property management systems.
