Spend the next six months in the sunshine delivering a technically challenging medical project in Brisbane. Once complete, you'll have the opportunity to return to Victoria and continue working across the company's growing pipeline or potentially remain interstate if that's where you'd like to be.
This is an opportunity to join an established commercial builder with a strong presence across Victoria, South Australia and Queensland. Delivering community, health and commercial projects valued up to $15m, the business has built a reputation through repeat clients, quality delivery and long-term relationships.
Your first project is a $4m structural fit-out within an existing building, located five minutes north of Brisbane's CBD. Expected to run for approximately six months, the works include the construction of a complex concrete bunker, concrete and steel shielding, medical equipment rooms, control rooms, treatment rooms and a reception area. Reporting directly to the Construction Manager, you'll have the autonomy to run your own site while being backed by an experienced leadership team.

The package ranges from $130k to $160k + super, with accommodation and a living-away-from-home allowance negotiable.
To be considered, you'll have previous experience as a Site Manager with a commercial builder or head contractor delivering commercial construction projects. Experience delivering technically challenging concrete structures or similar specialist construction projects is essential.
