Catering Supervisor
- Prepare and serve coffee, beverages, and basic food items.
- Guide and lead the team throughout their shift while assisting the Lounge Manager.
- Maintain excellent guest experience and mentor the food & beverage team.
$40.25 Casual Rate

- Shift times 4:30am - 12:30pm or 12:30pm - 9:30pm

The Position
- Preparing and serving coffee, beverages, and basic food preparation
- Guide and lead the team throughout their shift
- Assisting the Lounge Manager with day-to-day operations
- Maintain focus on providing excellent guest experience at all times
- Lead, mentor and train the food & beverage team
The Person
- A current RSA
- Willingness to obtain Responsible Management of Licensed Venues (RMLV)/Approved Manager certification
- Experience with Food & Beverage
- Own reliable transport is preferred
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to high standards
- Punctual, reliable, and trustworthy
- Safety mindset
- Well-groomed and professional in appearance.
- Contribute to the team with strong communication skills, high energy and a goal oriented focus
