Hays is partnering with a Federal Government agency seeking Senior Salesforce Infrastructure Engineers to support the ongoing operation, optimisation, and enhancement of a large-scale Salesforce platform. Working within a multidisciplinary technology team, you will contribute to the reliability, performance, security, and scalability of critical enterprise systems that support services delivered nationwide.
This is an opportunity to work within a complex cloud environment, collaborating with architects, platform specialists, developers, and operational teams to ensure Salesforce infrastructure and supporting services remain stable, secure, and fit for future growth.
Your new role
As a Senior Salesforce Infrastructure Engineer, you will:

• Support and maintain Salesforce platform infrastructure and associated environments
• Monitor platform health, performance, availability, and security
• Contribute to infrastructure design, automation, optimisation, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues across integrated enterprise systems
• Work closely with development, architecture, security, and operations teams
• Support platform upgrades, releases, deployments, and environment management activities
• Ensure platform solutions align with government security and operational requirements

What you'll need to succeed

• Demonstrated experience supporting enterprise-scale Salesforce environments
• Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure, platform operations, and system reliability
• Experience working within complex ICT environments with multiple integrations and stakeholders
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Experience working within Federal Government environments will be highly regarded
