A well-established and highly regarded commercial builder is seeking an experienced Structures Foreman to join their site delivery team. With a strong pipeline of large-scale mixed-use and residential developments across South East Queensland, this business has built a reputation for delivering high-quality projects while maintaining a strong safety-first culture.
Your new role
Reporting to the Site Manager, you will take ownership of the structural phase of a major project, ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme, and to the required quality standards.Key responsibilities include:

• Coordinating all structural trades and subcontractors onsite
• Managing concrete pours, formwork, reinforcement and post-tension activities
• Driving programme outcomes and maintaining construction schedules
• Conducting toolbox talks and ensuring compliance with WHS requirements
• Managing quality assurance inspections and hold points
• Coordinating crane operations, logistics and site access
• Working closely with Project Managers, Engineers and Site Managers to resolve construction issues
• Monitoring productivity and ensuring work is completed to specification and budget

What you'll need to succeed

• Proven experience as a Structures Foreman on large-scale commercial, mixed-use or high-rise residential projects
• Strong knowledge of concrete structures, formwork systems and reinforcement
• Ability to coordinate multiple subcontractors and manage programme deadlines
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Solid understanding of QA and WHS requirements
• Trade qualification preferred
