What youll be doing
Youll be operating machinery used to manufacture polyurethane and industrial plastic/rubber products for industrial and manufacturing applications.

Duties may include:

  • Operating polyurethane, plastics or rubber manufacturing machinery
  • Working with moulds, resins, compounds, materials or similar production inputs
  • Checking product quality throughout the manufacturing process
  • Following production instructions and safe work procedures
  • Maintaining a clean, safe and consistent work area

What were looking for
You do not need to have worked with this exact product before, but you should be confident in a hands-on manufacturing environment where safety, consistency and quality matter.

Relevant backgrounds may include:

  • Polyurethane / PU machine operation
  • Plastics or rubber manufacturing
  • Injection moulding or extrusion
  • Resin, epoxy, casting or moulding processes
  • Industrial production or process work involving machinery and materials

Candidates from plastics, rubber, injection moulding, extrusion, resin, epoxy, casting or similar manufacturing environments are strongly encouraged to apply.

To be successful, you will need

  • Previous experience operating machinery in a manufacturing environment
  • A good understanding of production processes and material handling
  • Strong attention to detail and quality control
  • Reliability and a consistent work history
  • A safety-focused approach
  • Willingness to learn the specific machines and products
