An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Change Analyst to join a large-scale transformation program within the Higher Education sector. Working as part of a major HCM transformation, you'll support change impact assessments, business readiness activities, stakeholder engagement, communications, and training initiatives to help drive successful adoption across the organisation.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct and finalise change impact assessments
- Support business readiness and change adoption activities
- Facilitate stakeholder engagement across multiple business areas
- Develop change, communication and training materials
- Assist with process mapping and future-state operational readiness
- Track risks, issues and change-related activities across the program
What you'll need to succeed
- Proven experience as a Change Analyst or Change Manager on enterprise technology projects
- Experience supporting ERP, HCM, HR or enterprise transformation programs
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Experience conducting change impact assessments and business readiness activities
- Ability to work in complex, fast-paced project environments
