Your New Role
As Site Manager, you'll take full ownership of high-end residential projects from commencement through to handover. You'll oversee programming, subcontractor coordination, procurement, quality assurance, WHS compliance, stakeholder management and client relationships while ensuring projects are delivered to the highest standard.
What You'll Need to Succeed
- Minimum 5 years' recent luxury residential construction experience in Brisbane and/or the Gold Coast
- Proven experience delivering architect-designed custom homes
- Experience managing premium townhouse developments will be highly regarded
- Trade background preferred, ideally carpentry
- Strong knowledge of complex construction methodologies, high-end finishes and bespoke detailing
- Ability to work autonomously and take ownership of projects within a lean, high-performing team
