Ready for a role where no two days are the same? We’re looking for passionate and motivated Support Workers across Belmont, Gosnells, Cannington and surrounding suburbs to support our customers and make a real difference in their everyday lives. With a variety of customers and support needs, you’ll build genuine connections and provide support that’s tailored to each customer.Some shifts are simple support, while others involve higher care.

What You'll Do:

You’ll support people in your local community, helping them feel confident, connected and supported. You might also:

  • Support with personal care, including bathing, toileting and grooming
  • Help with housekeeping, cleaning and everyday tasks
  • Assist with grocery shopping, meal preparation and cooking
  • Help people stay connected with their community and the things they enjoy
  • Build genuine connections and provide personalised support

Most shifts are around one hour, so you may have several visits across the day with breaks in between.

What You Need:

  • Flexible availability (being able to work as early as 7:30am and as late as 6:00pm)
  • A caring, reliable and adaptable nature
  • A valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
  • Willingness to complete required screening checks
