Your new company
Hays is partnering with a Defence Consultancy supporting the delivery, development and maintenance of specialist Force Protection Electronic Counter Measures (FPECM) training for the Australian Defence Force. This long-term opportunity will support a nationally significant electronic warfare capability within Defence.This role will see you working closely with Defence Force School of Signals (DFSS) and key Defence stakeholders to deliver training, develop learning materials, provide technical expertise and support operational readiness activities.
Your new role
- Delivering specialist FPECM training courses to Defence personnel
- Supporting operator, supervisor and manager training pathways
- Developing and maintaining learning management packages and training materials
- Conducting quality assurance activities and course reviews
- Providing SME advice on electronic warfare and FPECM capability
- Supporting capability sustainment and operational readiness activities
- Delivering training at Defence establishments across Australia
- Supporting training exercises, equipment preparation and technical activities
- Producing training reports and recommendations for continuous improvement
What you'll need to succeed
- Experience delivering technical or military training programs
- Learning & Development background at Advanced Practitioner level or equivalent
- Experience developing and maintaining training content and instructional materials
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Understanding of Defence training frameworks and methodologies
- Experience within Electronic Warfare, Signals, C-IED, EOD, Communications, Defence Capability or related military environments is highly desirable
- Current NV2 Security Clearance
