Maintenance Carpenters Required for a Large Facilities Maintenance Company

Your new company
A large facilities maintenance company have a requirement for an experienced Carpenter or Handy Person to carry out all-round repairs across a portfolio of retails sites from Blacktown to Katoomba.
Your new role
You will be working in a team of Carpenters, Handy Persons, Electricians and HVAC Technicians where you will be required you to carry out all-round maintenance which will include carpentry, hanging doors, window repairs, handrails, installing partitions, repairing water damage, painting / patching, small projects, client liaison, general reporting and other related maintenance duties.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in your application for the Carpenters position you must be a qualified Carpenter, have previous all-round maintenance experience, good customer service skills, basic computer skills, no previous criminal convictions and a NSW drivers licence.
What you'll get in return
As Carpenter you will receive $80,000 - $90,000 + super + vehicle + phone + overtime, varied and interesting work with an established facilities maintenance company.
