Carpenter required for an A Grade commercial site in SYdney's CBD.

Your new company
A highly regarded facilities maintenance company have an immediate requirement for an experienced maintenance Handy Person or Maintenance Carpenter to join their team, where you be based on an A Grade commercial site in Sydneys CBD which is located right near public transport.

Your new role
As a Handy Person or Maintenance Carpenter, you will be responsible for delivering allround reactive and preventative maintenance across multiple client sites. The role is predominantly fieldbased and suited to someone who takes pride in their workmanship and customer service.
What you'll need to succeed
General building maintenanceBasic carpentry repairs, adjustments, and installations

Minor plumbing repairs (nonlicensed works)

Replacing lamps and fittings

Painting, patching, and minor finishing works

General site maintenance and defect rectification

Liaising professionally with clients and tenants

Coordinating and supervising subcontractors where required

Completing basic job reporting and documentation

What you'll get in return
