We are currently seeking a passionate and energetic Product Development Manager for the strategic oversight of PCYC Queensland's gymnastics, Little n Active and court sports programs. This position has the flexibility to be based at one of our PCYC clubs around Queensland (subject to availability). Your New Role
The Product Development Manager - Gymnastics, Little n Active & Court Sports is responsible for the strategic leadership, development and management of PCYC Queensland’s gymnastics, Little n Active and court sports programs across Queensland. The role leads the design, implementation and continuous improvement of programs, systems, policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant industry and governing body requirements, while driving participation growth, program quality, workforce capability, member experience and sustainable commercial performance across the network.
About You
- Hold (or able to obtain before commencement) a QLD Working with Children Check (Blue Card) and consent to a National Police Check
- 3 years experience in a similar role designing gymnastics programs for a large organisation
- Current Intermediate or Advanced Coaching Accreditation (or equivalent) recognised by Gymnastics Australia and Gymnastics Queensland.
- Demonstrated experience in product management, program development, sport development or leadership within the sport and recreation sector.
- Holding a current First Aid and CPR certificate is desirable but not essential
