The Role
We’re looking for a hands-on Labourer to support our installation team in a fast-paced, outdoor environment. You’ll be helping build and install sheet metal panels, assist with concrete work, and support the team with general labouring tasks. This role reports directly to the Site Supervisor and works closely with installers and other team members. You’ll be part of a practical, team-focused culture where safety, reliability, and getting the job done right are key.

The Company
Our client specialises in designing, manufacturing, and installing high-quality backyard storage and outdoor living solutions- including garden sheds, workshops, aviaries, chicken coops, cubby houses, and more.

Having recently established a new branch in Queensland, you will be joining a motivated and highly supportive team.

Duties

• Load and unload sheet metal panels safely and efficiently
• Assist with mixing, pouring, and setting concrete
• Hold panels and roofing in place during installation
• Operate hand and power tools as required
• Support the team with general labouring and site tasks

Working Hours
This part-time position offers an average of 38 hours per fortnight. Shifts are 8 hours, commencing at 6am, with rosters provided approximately one week in advance. Hours may vary depending on workload, making this role well-suited to individuals seeking flexible part-time work with availability across the week.
  
Skills & Experience;

• White Card & WWCC (beneficial but not essential)
• Comfortable using basic hand and power tools
• Safety-conscious and reliable with a strong work ethic
