Key responsibilities include:
- Manage, maintain and grow an established customer portfolio.
- Build strong client relationships through exceptional customer service and support.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities across the region.
- Present products, promotions and tailored solutions to customers.
- Achieve sales targets and performance KPIs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure outstanding service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Your Skills & Experience:
To succeed in this role, you’ll be a confident relationship builder with a proactive approach and a genuine passion for achieving results.
You will bring:
- Previous sales experience essential
- A proven ability to develop and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Strong negotiation skills and commercial acumen.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- The ability to work autonomously, prioritise effectively and manage your time well.
- Sound computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
- A current C Class Driver Licence.
- A positive, solutions-focused attitude and a genuine drive to succeed.

This is a full-time, ongoing position based in Townsville. Applicants must be able to work from Townsville and have the legal right to work in Australia in a manner that allows them to meet the ongoing requirements of the position.
