This highly respected Tier 1 commercial builder has a strong national footprint and a long-standing presence in the WA market. Privately owned and financially robust, they are recognised for delivering complex, technically challenging projects across commercial, hospitality, health, education, defence, mixed-use, and data centre sectors.

Due to continued growth, they are now seeking Intermediate Contract Administrators to join their Perth-based project teams. These site-based roles offer exposure to high-profile builds, industry-leading systems, and the opportunity to work alongside experienced Project Managers and commercial leaders.

The Role:

Working closely with experienced Project Managers and site teams, you’ll play a key role in managing the commercial and contractual delivery of major Perth construction projects.

This is an excellent opportunity for an Intermediate Contract Administrator with proven experience on $30M+ commercial projects to step into a structured Tier 1 environment with strong systems, mentorship, and clear career progression pathways.

The Role:

Working closely with experienced Project Managers and site teams, you’ll play a key role in delivering complex commercial projects from a commercial and contractual perspective.

This is an excellent opportunity to further develop your skills within a structured Tier 1 environment, with strong systems, processes, and mentorship in place.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the commercial delivery of major Tier 1 construction projects
• Manage procurement, subcontractor administration, variations, and progress claims
• Work closely with project and site teams to drive strong commercial outcomes
• Maintain accurate cost control using Jobpac
• Contribute to a collaborative, safety-first, and quality-driven site culture

Key Requirements:

• Tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or similar
• Proven experience as a Contract Administrator or a QS on commercial construction projects valued at $30M+
• Strong understanding of procurement, subcontractor management, variations, and progress claims
• Confident managing commercial responsibilities within a site-based construction environment
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work closely with project teams and subcontractors
• Permanent residency or full Australian working rights essential
