ABOUT THE ROLE
This role will take ownership of commercial construction projects from commencement through to completion. You will lead project teams while managing programs, budgets, forecasting, contracts and client relationships. The role offers the autonomy to manage your projects while working within a supportive and experienced team.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage projects from commencement through to completion
- Lead and coordinate project teams
- Manage project budgets, forecasting and financial reporting
- Oversee contracts, progress claims and variations
- Manage construction programs and project timeframes
- Build strong client, consultant and subcontractor relationships
SKILLS & EXPERTISE
- 5+ years commercial construction experience
- Proven experience managing projects end-to-end
- Strong financial, forecasting and P&L capability
- Contract administration and procurement experience
- Strong construction programming and planning skills
- Experience with CHEOPS, Aconex, Procore or similar systems
