An established, family-owned strata management business in the St George area is growing and looking for an experienced Strata Manager to join its team.

With a strong industry presence and a personalised approach to strata management, this is an opportunity to manage a portfolio tailored to your experience, take ownership of your work and grow your career within a supportive team.

The Opportunity

• Manage a portfolio tailored to your experience and capabilities
• Build strong relationships with owners, strata committees and real estate agents
• Prepare budgets, meeting agendas and minutes
• Attend and chair AGMs, EGMs and strata committee meetings
• Manage by-law breaches, compliance matters and formal notices
• Provide guidance and support to junior team members where required

What's On Offer

• Salary up to $120K + Super, depending on experience
• Monday–Friday role with no weekend work
• Portfolio tailored to your level of experience

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience working as a Strata Manager is essential
• Class 1 or Class 2 Strata Licence
• Strong communication and relationship management skills
• Confident managing strata meetings, compliance and owner expectations
• Organised, proactive and capable of managing competing priorities
