About the role:

• Provide strategic legal advice to executives and operational leaders
• Draft and negotiate complex commercial, supplier and projects contracts
• Advice on various complex construction, employment, WHS, IP and privacy law matters
• Oversee enterprise risk register and advice on mitigation strategies

The ideal candidate:

• 6+ years PQE with a focus on in-house
• Strong track recording drafting and negotiating complex construction and commercial contracts
• Sound knowledge of regulatory and compliance frameworks across WHS, employment and privacy
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple high-stakes matters simultaneously
