Assistant Development Manager

Our client is a diverse property company that focuses on helping clients achieve their property investment goals.

This is delivered through their varied business units offering syndicated investments opportunities in Developments, Assets or are able to act as client-side PM helping investors maximise returns on existing properties in their portfolio.  
  
Thanks to ongoing growth, the development division has increased its workload and needs another Assistant Development Manager to join the ranks. You will assist across multiple projects that are residential/mixed use built form projects in key growth locations in Perth.
  
These could include a high-end downsizer aimed apartment project, or mid-range investor/owner occupier targeted stock close to amenity and infrastructure. They aim for excellence on every project and engage leading architects and consultant teams to get the best outcomes possible.

This role will suit someone who is an ADM elsewhere, or senior level Project Officer who wants to take the next step in their career.
  
You will have a tertiary qualification related to Property, Construction and Economics or similar, have strong communication skills (written and verbal) and be a motivated and confident self-starter who is prepared to learn on the job.
